Nutrition consultations

Appointment confirmation

A nutrition appointment is confirmed after payment of 50% of the applicable consultation fee. The remaining amount must be paid before the consultation.

Rescheduling

One rescheduling is permitted when requested at least 24 hours before the confirmed appointment. The payment will be transferred to the rescheduled appointment and will not be refunded.

Late cancellations and no-shows

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, failure to attend, or failure to join within a reasonable period may be treated as a no-show. Payments made are non-refundable.

Cancellation by Dr. Mugdha Deshpande

If the appointment must be cancelled by Dr. Mugdha Deshpande, the client may choose an alternative available slot or receive a refund of the amount paid.

Completed services

Fees for consultations already completed and personalised plans already prepared or delivered are non-refundable.

Research services

Research payments, cancellations and refunds are governed by the agreed scope, deliverables, timeline and stage of completion.

Work already completed, time already spent, statistical analyses already undertaken, or deliverables already shared are non-refundable. Where appropriate, any unutilised amount will be assessed according to the written project agreement.

How to request rescheduling or cancellation

Send the request to msdeshpande96@gmail.com using the same email address used for booking. The time at which the email is received will be used to determine whether the 24-hour notice requirement has been met.
